Free daily export limit reached
Free includes 3 PDF, Word, and Notion exports per local day. Pro removes those limits after the extension refreshes entitlement status from /api/me.
Symptom
The extension blocks a PDF, Word, or Notion export and shows Free daily limit reached.
Most likely cause
The local counter for that export type reached 3 successful durable actions for the current local day.
Fix it
Use Markdown or local save for unlimited Free workflows, wait until tomorrow, or upgrade and refresh Pro status.
- 1 Save locally or export Markdown if that fits.
- 2 Open /pricing/ to upgrade.
- 3 Link or refresh the extension account.
- 4 Retry the blocked export.
Verify it worked
The extension should show Pro or allow the export after the local day resets.
What RecallBase cannot verify
The website does not audit server-side export counts and should not ask for the exported conversation.
