Export AI conversations to Notion

Notion export uses the extension and your Notion login in this browser. Free users get 3 successful Notion saves per local day; Pro removes that limit. The RecallBase website does not sync AI chats to Notion for you.

RecallBase Notion setup panel listing three steps: Allow Notion access, Go to Notion Login, and Choose a Notion target.
The first Notion export walks you through access, login, and target selection in order.
The Choose a Notion target dialog grouping available destinations into Database and Page sections.
Pick the Notion database or page where exported conversations should be saved.
A Notion database named RecallBase with one exported conversation row showing the title, creation time, original ChatGPT link, and update time.
The exported conversation lands in your chosen Notion database with its title, source link, and timestamps.

Before you start

Sign in to Notion in the same browser. The first Notion export walks you through three steps: allow Notion access, log in to Notion, then choose a target page or database.

Where to export to Notion

Notion is available from the popup, floating button, right-click menu, and Export Studio.

  1. 1

Popup: choose Notion for the current chat or a saved chat.

  2. 2

Floating button: choose Notion while viewing the current chat.

  3. 3

Right-click menu: choose Save to Notion on a supported chat page.

  4. 4

Export Studio: choose Notion after previewing the chat or selected messages.

Send to Notion

RecallBase turns the selected chat into Markdown and sends it from the extension directly to Notion. This is an explicit action you trigger, not website-side sync. See the Free and Pro limits in the capability table below.

  1. 1

Choose Notion from the popup, floating button, right-click menu, or Export Studio.

  2. 2

Pick a Notion page or database when prompted.

  3. 3

Wait for the saved page link or success message.

  4. 4

Open Notion to review the saved page.

Free and Pro behavior

Free allows 3 successful Notion saves per local day. Pro removes that limit after the extension refreshes plan status.

Notion send-to-app expectations

Notion export sends content directly to your workspace. It is not a server-side backup. Where the page lands depends on your Notion setup and permissions. If a workspace does not work with this flow, export Markdown and import it into Notion manually.
